With over twelve years of experience across the music industry, Steph Van Spronsen has proven her ability to support artists and grow their platform with hands-on involvement across key areas of the business. Promoter for Live Nation UK, Download Festival talent booker, highly regarded publicist and radio plugger for a plethora of high class artists, independent tour manager and underground promoter of metal/hardcore shows, alumni of the highly acclaimed Visible Noise Records and a graduate of the London College of Music with a MA in Music Management & Artist Development, her CV is as extensive and colourful as her tattoo collection. 

A self starter in the industry, she turned to artist promotions and was quickly picked up by Julie Weir (Visible Noise Records - BMTH, Bullet For My Valentine) before moving to the live music circuit as a tour manager, putting her face to face with some of the biggest names in the industry.

After a number of years as a radio/TV plugger for The Noise Cartel (working with artists and organisations including Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes, Steel Panther, Sonisphere, Bloodstock Open Air, Nuclear Blast, Spinefarm, Century Media Records and many more), she moved to the promoters department at Live Nation UK and joined the Download Festival team; the first female talent booker for the festival. 

Her career has seen her work with a wide range of artists, from arena level acts to unsigned, as well as the world renowned sports entertainment company WWE and their NXT brands. With a proven ability to overcome even complex challenges, her passion lies in developing and supporting acts she truly believes in. Using her vast knowledge, experience and her direct link to key contacts in the industry, Steph looks to provide the best opportunities for her artists at all levels.

Steph is at the forefront of fresh and emerging talent within the business and she wants to make sure your act has the support and guidance you need to get noticed by new fans and the industry alike.
